Every piece we carry is truly one of a kind. Natural variations in color, finish, size, and texture are expected—and celebrated—as part of the handmade process. These unique details are not considered defects, but part of the story and authenticity of each piece.
Please note: Colors may appear differently in photos due to lighting or screen settings. We are happy to provide additional details or photos upon request before purchase.

Shipping & Delivery

Free Ground Shipping

We offer free ground shipping to most addresses in the continental United States. Exceptions include:

  • Alaska and Hawaii

  • Certain ZIP codes in New York City

  • Remote rural or mountain regions

  • Offshore islands requiring sea freight

If your address falls within an exception, we will contact you with any additional shipping charges before processing your order.

Shipping Methods

  • Small Orders & Decor: Shipped via FedEx Ground, UPS Ground, or USPS. Tracking details will be provided once your order ships.

  • Large Furniture Orders & Multi-Item Shipments: Shipped via LTL (Less Than Truckload) freight. Depending on your order, items may arrive in multiple deliveries.

Freight Deliveries (Large Furniture)

  • Freight carriers will contact you directly to schedule a delivery appointment.

  • Standard service includes curbside delivery. The customer is responsible for moving items into the home and completing setup.

  • White Glove Delivery (in-home delivery and setup) is available upon request for an additional fee. Please contact us prior to purchase for a custom quote.

  • Customers must inspect all items carefully at the time of delivery. If there is visible damage, note it with the driver before signing the Bill of Lading. Once the Bill of Lading is signed, ownership transfers to the customer and responsibility for damages becomes theirs.

  • Customers are responsible for all freight charges and applicable restocking fees if they refuse delivery of an LTL freight order.

Fulfillment Timeline

  • Made-to-Order Furniture, Home Decor & Artwork: Typically ships in 4–16 weeks, depending on the item and availability.

  • “In-Stock” Small Items & Decor: Usually ships within 72 hours.

  • We partner with trusted carriers to ensure your order arrives in excellent condition.

  • If your shipment arrives damaged, please notify the driver immediately, then contact us so we can help resolve the issue and, if needed, file a claim with the carrier.
