Made-to-Order Furniture & Fulfillment Timeline
Unless explicitly stated as in stock, most furniture pieces are made to order. Each item is handcrafted, and production timelines vary depending on the piece, materials, and artisan availability.
Estimated fulfillment timeframe: 4 to 16 weeks from order confirmation
All fulfillment and delivery timelines are estimates only and are not guaranteed
In-stock furniture will ship sooner; estimated timelines will be communicated at the time of purchase
Milagros Rústicos is not responsible for delays resulting from production variables, supply constraints, or circumstances beyond our control.
We strongly encourage customers to contact us prior to purchase if timing is critical.
Home Décor Shipping
Home décor items typically ship within a few business days, unless otherwise noted.
Items marked as backordered will ship once inventory becomes available
Estimated ship dates for backordered items are provided when possible but are not guaranteed
Freight & Delivery Method
Furniture orders are shipped via curbside freight delivery unless otherwise arranged.
Curbside delivery includes delivery to the exterior of the delivery address only
The customer is responsible for bringing the item inside and handling any additional placement
White glove delivery (inside delivery, unpacking, and debris removal) is not included but may be available at an additional cost.
Customers requiring white glove service must contact us prior to purchase for availability and pricing
Requests made after an order is placed may not be accommodated
Shipping Carriers & Transit Delays
We work with trusted freight and parcel carriers; however, Milagros Rústicos does not guarantee transit times and is not responsible for delays caused by:
Shipping carriers or freight companies
Weather conditions
Customs or port delays
Acts of God or other circumstances beyond our control
Carrier-provided delivery windows are estimates only.
Inspection, Acceptance & Damage Claims
All items are carefully inspected prior to packing and shipment.
Customers are responsible for inspecting deliveries at the time of receipt.
If damage is observed:
Note all damage on the delivery receipt before signing
Notify the delivery driver immediately
Contact Milagros Rústicos within 24 hours of delivery
Provide clear photos of:
The damaged item
Exterior packaging
Interior packing materials
Photos and timely notification are required for all carrier claims. Failure to follow these steps may void eligibility for repair, replacement, or carrier compensation.
