At Milagros Rústicos, the pieces featured on our website are part of our curated showroom collection and are available for immediate purchase.

Processing Time

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1–2 business days after purchase. Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Shipping Availability

We currently ship smaller home decor and artwork items within the United States.

Due to the size, weight, and unique nature of many of our furniture pieces, furniture is not available for shipping. Furniture purchases must be picked up in-store or customers may arrange delivery through a delivery company of their choice.

In-Store Pickup

Customers may select free in-store pickup at checkout. Pickup is available at our Mesa showroom during normal business hours.

Shipping Carriers

We work with trusted shipping carriers to help ensure your item arrives safely. Shipping times may vary depending on your location and the carrier’s delivery schedule.

Shipping Damage

Every item is carefully inspected before shipping. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can assist with the carrier claim process. Photos of the damaged item and packaging will be required for any shipping claims.

One-of-a-Kind Inventory

Many of the pieces offered by Milagros Rústicos are one-of-a-kind and available in limited quantities. Because our showroom and website share the same inventory, an item may occasionally sell in-store before the website inventory is updated. In the rare event that this occurs, we will notify you promptly and provide a full refund.
