Not at all. Our online pricing reflects the true cost of getting your furniture safely delivered to your door, wherever you are in the country. It's simply a different service — home delivery vs. in-store pickup — and each is priced accordingly.

No — once an order is placed, we've already begun coordinating shipping logistics with our delivery partners or preparing your piece for shipment, so in-store pricing can't be applied retroactively. If you think you may want to pick up in-store, just reach out to our team before placing your order and we'll get you set up with in-store pricing from the start.
