Arizona Tax-Exempt Purchases

If you want to make tax-exempt purchases, you must first submit a completed Arizona Form TPT 5000A (Arizona Resale Certificate).

Here's how it works:

  1. Complete the Arizona Form TPT 5000A.

  2. Send the completed form to us.

  3. We will review your form.

  4. Once approved, we'll update your account for tax-exempt purchasing.

  5. After your account is approved, you can place tax-exempt orders.

Important: We cannot remove sales tax until your completed resale certificate has been received and approved.
